Is this normal or do I need to see my Dr. asap?

Okay, I have had a long history of SVT or Supra Ventricular Tachycardia. On February 16th of this year I had an Ablation done. Since then I really haven't had any problems until this afternoon. Anyone that has had this procedure knows the very warm feeling that overcomes your back as they burn your heart. That was very scary for me. I thought I would never have to experience that again, but today I had that same feeling and then my heart kind had like one really strong beat and then it was over. I am just scared that my heart may stop on me one day and never start back. Do I need to get this checked out or is it "Normal"?
