How do i start a Battlefield bad company online clan for ps3?

Well, i notice that people are constantly inviting other clan members such as AoG or SmP and xRAIDENx and so on... But i want to make up my own. I have a clan tag (x-_-x) and a few friends who might join and so on. If i can't then suggest me a clan.
