How do I come up with a binomial name for an animal?

For my Forensics cl we had to make up our own fictional animal. I based my animal on the Red Panda. The differences are it has 6 legs (like Stitch from Lilo & Stitch), 2 tails (like Kirara from Inuyasha), and "wings" like a flying squirrel.How would I create a binomial name for my animal?
