My brother in law has never been in trouble before. He has 2 felony chargers, what will he serve?

Felony harment of a Juror and felony obstruction of justice common law, are the two charged. He has to go to Superior court. No one thinks he will serve prison time because he hasn't ever been in trouble before, but I think he could.
