Good topic, nice perspective. I am not hot on poetry so I would not have the audacity to comment on improving it beyond that it may be improved by a third or forth section, on a subject as large as peace it seems a shame to have it so short.

My sentimental Pigeon poem would you please comment on this one thank you?

When I have known an animal and I include birds, reptiles as well as dogs and cats, and then I lose them, I find it devastating and your poem captures that feeling of loss of something that was good and is now gone forever. And animals grieve too, I am certain of that, 'the pigeons come back' 'As if they're saying/I miss you too.' But the first part of the poem hides and reveals something else, someone else, 'those big clumsy hands' and then, 'now coldness draws my feelings', there are some lovely touches in this one. Over the last few weeks you have produced some amazing stuff. I know that you belittle your own poetry but with those two romantic poems, then the farmer one, and now this, these cannot be put down. You must believe in your own writing because with what is inside of you and with confidence in your ability you can achieve even greater heights. Beautiful poem, Caz, I am not saying that in a patronising way, this is top stuff with great lines and above all, wonderful emotions that I can relate to.

okkk so my lasttt dayy of school is fridayy the 29th of may andd i will beingg going to the highh school as a 9th grader... so im ending 8th grade... 8th gradee w soo muchh funn and i amm going to miss it and my friendss soo muchh.... wee have a video yearbook onn tuesdayy and i no im going to cryy.... im really nervouss for high school... cann u helpp me ?? any tipss?? will highhh school be better thann middle school?? imm so sadd im leaving middle school i need ur helpp with dealing withh thisss??? is it funn??
