My cat has been diagnose with Hypoplastic Trachea..?

I am so sad, he gets so sick, make noises with his throat cause he cant breath from time to time,doctor said he needs surgery and had to see an specialist, but i heard its super expensive... Vet said he is not going to live to long...I am unemployed... God this is so hard...
