Why am I tweaking out NOW if I smoked last NIGHT?

took about 6 hits of crank . My friend was amazed I did not feel it. I didn't. But I did not sleep all night we were up talking and stuff. Well it's now noon the next day and I feel Im having a heart attack, Im confused , jerking my head around and twisting pieced of my hair COMPULSIVELY.ETC. What gives? Is it more due to the fact that I haven't eaten or slept in a day?
