What is Machusetts law for minors with out of state speeding tickets?

I am a minor with a Machusetts drivers license and I received a speeding ticket in Virginia. I know the MA law for in state tickets is pretty heavy - you get your license suspended, have to take an etiquette course, and have to pay a hefty reinstatement fee along with the fine for however fast you were going. I'm just wondering if the fact that my ticket is from VA will change any of this.
