Should Wall street Millionaires and Billionaires pay 1/2 the tax rate the rest of us pay?

I would be for taxing all liberal politicians that make millions on "stimulus" and other kick-back deals that rip off taxpayers 100% of their income...the business people "that make jobs" need to be left alone.
