Should I consider a minor in botany?

Anthropology and botany would go hand in hand as anthropology examines all aspects of human culture. There is a speciality in botany called ethnobotany that studies the use of plants by societies. You could take general botany as a basic course and then take those courses related to ethnobotany such as plant taxonomy (identification of species of plants). Talk to your academic adviser at the university when you go for registration. You may even want to visit the university and discuss your career goals with your adviser befire you select your cles.
